An anniversary car for the founder’s jubilee
Pagani has introduced a new special version of its Huayra hypercar, dedicated to the 70th birthday of its founder, Horacio Pagani. Despite the fact that the Utopia model, the successor to the Huayra, appeared over three years ago, this did not prevent the creation of new exclusive variants of the legendary car.
The production of the new model, named Huayra 70, will be limited to only three units, continuing the tradition of unique anniversary cars, as was the case with the Zonda HP Barchetta for the founder’s 60th birthday. The first of these hypercars, named ‘Trionfo’ (meaning ‘triumph’ in Italian), has already been delivered to its owner.
Extravagant design and unique solutions
The exterior of the Huayra 70 Trionfo is striking in its boldness. The body is made of greenish carbon fiber with bright orange accents on the hood, air intakes, side skirts, spoiler, and rear section. The design shares features with the powerful Huayra BC Roadster but looks even more audacious.

The car features a simplified front bumper, vertical daytime running lights instead of the usual horizontal ones, as well as a unique rear ‘swan neck’ wing with special end plates.
Power and manual transmission
What makes the Huayra 70 special is not just its design. The heart of the car—a 6.0-liter bi-turbo V12 engine—has been refined. It now produces 834 horsepower, significantly more than the 789 hp in the Huayra BC version.

However, the most exciting feature is the seven-speed manual gearbox. A similar transmission previously appeared only on the unique single-seat Huayra Epitope, presented a year and a half ago. This is a rare solution for modern hypercars, promising a true driving thrill.
Exclusivity and future units
Information about the other two Huayra 70 units, which are under construction, has not yet been disclosed. They are expected to receive different carbon finishes and part colorings, as every millionaire buying such a car strives to obtain a unique product that will not resemble others.
Creating such limited series dedicated to the founder’s personal events has become a recognizable brand tradition for Pagani. These are not just cars, but rare works of art in the automotive world, each carrying the brand’s history and the personality of its creator. Such projects emphasize that for small hypercar manufacturers, not only technical specifications remain important, but also emotions, heritage, and the ability to offer clients something truly unique, impossible in mass production. A manual gearbox in the age of automation is a bold step that speaks to loyalty to certain driver values and the car as an extension of his character.
