German workshop Klassen performed an unusual tuning of the Range Rover. The SUV was transformed into an armored limousine for 1.2 million euros.
The Range Rover was extended to 6214 mm, and its wheelbase increased to 4136 mm. This allowed for the installation of three rows of seats inside, with rear passengers sitting face to face.
The SUV’s protection complies with VR8 standards, meaning it can withstand shots from a 7.62 mm caliber firearm or the explosion of two grenades beneath the floor.
The armor increased the Range Rover’s weight to 5 tons.
Naturally, tires capable of traveling 80 km with a puncture are installed. The armored Range Rover also received a fire extinguishing system and an oxygen supply.
The specifications of the Range Rover are not disclosed. Most likely, the SUV is equipped with a top-of-the-line 5.0-liter V8 supercharged engine with 550 hp.
