The new Skoda Kamiq GT is fully unveiled. From December, the coupe-crossover enters production and will cost slightly more than $15,000 in the base version.
However, there’s one nuance: the compact Skoda crossover is planned to be sold exclusively in China. It significantly differs from the European Kamiq and is larger – 4.4 m in length compared to 4.25.
Like its older sibling Skoda Kodiaq GT, the rear pillars here are more inclined and emphasized with chrome overlays.
The rear spoiler is also enlarged, and the front bumper features an air intake in the shape of a smile. Inside, there are instruments in separate clusters and an 8-inch touchscreen. The top variant includes keyless entry, a panoramic roof, and climate control.
Two petrol engines with almost identical output are offered. The naturally aspirated 1.5-liter engine develops 110 hp, while the 1.2-liter turbocharged engine delivers 115 hp.
