The new 2020 Toyota Land Cruiser will retain its distinctive two-box silhouette, but its design will radically change. The C-shaped LED headlights and the radiator grille in the style of the new 2019 Toyota RAV4 are noteworthy.
In addition, photos from the brochure with the car’s specifications were also revealed. Its length will be 4950 mm, width – 1980 mm, and height – 1920 mm. The wheelbase will be 2850 mm, and the trunk volume will be 550-750 liters.
Most likely, the car will receive the Toyota Safety Sense P safety package in its base version – systems for preventive braking, lane keeping, and blind spot monitoring.
The Toyota SUV will be equipped with a 3.4-liter turbocharged V6 engine with 420 hp and 612 Nm of torque, as well as a new 10-speed automatic transmission. The average fuel consumption will decrease to 11.2 l/100 km. The Toyota Land Cruiser will likely retain its body-on-frame construction and transfer case.
