The Ford electric car wasn’t called Mach-E for nothing. Mach I versions have traditionally been in the Mustang lineup, and the design of the front and especially the rear part is just in the spirit of the latest Mustang. However, the arch-shaped roof and large touchscreen tablet in the interior are features of the main competitor, the Model Y. By the way, the prices and specifications of the two electric cars are very similar.
The Ford Mach-E 2020 starts with the 255-horsepower rear-wheel drive Select version for $43,895.
It accelerates to 100 km/h in 6.5 seconds and has a range of 370 km. The most long-range option, the California Rt.1 with 282 hp, can travel 480 km without recharging.
There is also a 333-horsepower Premium version ($50,600) with all-wheel drive, accelerating to 100 km/h in 5.5 seconds and a range of 435 km. Later, a top GT version will appear for $60,000, capable of accelerating to 100 km/h in 3.5 seconds.
