The new Skoda Enyaq iV was officially unveiled online. The Skoda crossover will go on sale from 2021 and promises to become one of the most popular electric cars of the Volkswagen Group.
Design of Skoda Enyaq 2021
Like all new Volkswagen electric cars, the Skoda Enyaq is built on the modular MEB platform. The electric crossover reaches 4648 mm in length, 1877 mm in width, and 1617 mm in height and has a 585-liter trunk.
The exterior is designed in the traditional Skoda angular style.
Interestingly, the grille features LED lighting.
Interior and Configuration of Skoda Enyaq 2021
In the interior of the Skoda Enyaq, you can notice elements from the Octavia. However, the small virtual cockpit and the large 13-inch touchscreen are made specifically for the electric car. There is also a head-up display with augmented reality. Under the central console is an 11.4-liter storage compartment.
The basic configuration of the Skoda Enyaq includes 18-inch wheels, a rearview camera, satellite navigation, parking sensors, heated seats, and a heated steering wheel. The top version includes a leather interior and matrix headlights.

The Skoda electric car will be offered in several modifications:
– Skoda Enyaq 50 iV – one motor, rear-wheel drive, 148 hp, battery capacity of 55 kWh, range of 340 km (WLTP cycle). – Skoda Enyaq 60 iV – one motor, rear-wheel drive, 180 hp, battery capacity of 62 kWh, range of 390 km. – Skoda Enyaq 80 iV – one motor, rear-wheel drive, 204 hp, battery capacity of 82 kWh, range of 510 km.
– Skoda Enyaq 80x iV – two motors, all-wheel drive, 265 hp, battery capacity of 82 kWh, range of 460 km. – Skoda Enyaq RS iV – two motors, all-wheel drive, 306 hp, battery capacity of 82 kWh, range of 460 km.
The top-end 306 horsepower variant accelerates to 100 km/h in 6.2 seconds and reaches a top speed of 180 km/h. The Skoda electric car can be charged from a fast charger in 38 minutes.
