In China, the new Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport was spotted. The first Volkswagen coupe-crossover will go on sale in 2019.
The vehicle is somewhat smaller than the standard 2018 Volkswagen Atlas, measuring 4905 mm in length, 1989 mm in width, and 1719 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2980 mm. Of course, the car has become a five-seater.
In terms of design, the Volkswagen coupe-crossover is practically unchanged from the pre-production concept car.
It features a large slope of the rear roof pillars and a sizable spoiler. Additionally, the grille has been slightly modified and the wheel arches are expanded.
The Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport is planned to be equipped with a 2.0-liter 235-horsepower turbo four-cylinder and a 2.5-liter V6 turbocharged engine with 300 hp. Both versions come with a 7-speed DSG dual-clutch transmission, and the drive can be either front or all-wheel.
