by Kyiv was once again unprepared for the first snow. What seemed like a small snowfall, which everyone knew about, caused a transportation collapse in the city. 
As reported by the Deputy Chief of the Patrol Police Department of Ukraine Alexei Biloshitsky, over 300 road accidents have been recorded in the capital today. It is not difficult to guess that a significant part of them was caused by drivers who did not manage to change their tires.

Due to accidents, the capital was paralyzed by traffic jams and, consequently, disruptions in public transport movement.
287 snow removal vehicles and 61 manual cleaning crews were deployed on Kyiv’s roads. By the way, the bad weather will retreat in the coming days and warm weather is expected.
