“After 50 Days in Service, My Cybertruck Still Creaks,” Complains Disappointed Owner

Tesla Cybertruck Owner Complains About Constant Creaking

One owner of the Tesla Cybertruck electric pickup has encountered a serious problem — a constant creaking from the front left pillar near the windshield. The vehicle has been in the service center for 40 days, but Tesla engineers have still not been able to identify the source of the noise. The owner is demanding either a refund or a replacement of the vehicle with a new one.

The problem arose back in June when the service team tried using foam and insulation, but to no avail. After that, the pickup was sent to a body repair center, where it was disassembled and parts were replaced, yet the creaking still did not disappear. A Tesla message stated that this is a priority task, but a solution has not been found yet.

Similar Complaints from Other Owners

It turns out this situation is not unique. Other Cybertruck owners are also reporting similar problems:

“My Cybertruck has a buzzing from the same area (front of the cabin on the left) when driving over bumps”

“This is already the third attempt to fix noises in the dashboard and pillar”

“I have so many creaks and buzzes that I’ve already visited the service center five times”

Consequences for the Owner

Some users are so tired of the constant noises that they have completely switched to other cars. The owner with the problematic Cybertruck has also reached the limit of his patience and is demanding decisive action from Tesla. However, even if his vehicle is replaced, there is no guarantee that the new pickup won’t have the same problems.

This story raises questions about the build quality of the Tesla Cybertruck, especially considering its high cost. Although electric pickups are positioned as innovative and reliable, such stories can affect consumer trust in the brand. Problems with interior noises often indicate shortcomings in the manufacturing process or materials, which is unacceptable for a premium automobile.
