A brand new Rolls-Royce Spectre 2025 was spotted in the center of Kyiv — further proof that even during the war, the luxury car market is not dying out. The Spectre costs about $600,000 (≈ UAH 24.7 million) and is officially the most expensive electric car that can be registered in Ukraine.
According to OpenDataBot, this particular unit was registered on August 21st. And it is far from the only one: there are already about two dozen such coupes in the country, and they are appearing not only in the capital but also in the regions — impressing local motorists with their futuristic design and silent yet powerful movement.
The 5.5-meter Spectre is the successor to the legendary Wraith, with a recognizable silhouette and the signature Rolls-Royce radiator grille. Inside is a four-seater cabin with leather, wood, and a “starlight” headliner that can be personalized to one’s own taste.
Under the hood is a dual-motor electric setup with 585 hp and 900 Nm, acceleration to 100 km/h takes 4.5 seconds, and the range reaches 520 km. The air suspension guarantees that even Ukraine’s broken roads won’t spoil the sensation of flight.
