Representatives of the California Highway Patrol reported finding the car in an overturned state. Fortunately, the driver and passenger were able to get out on their own. However, the car itself created a problem by blocking the narrow, winding Route 9, where it is dangerous to drive carelessly.
“Resourceful officers used a patrol car to push the Lamborghini off the roadway, preventing further accidents,” the police stated. To clarify – the car was not set back on its wheels but was simply pushed using a special bumper. In the video, the sound of the carbon fiber body scraping against the asphalt can be heard.
Another recording shows how witnesses to the accident observed the actions of the police. “This accident could have been avoided. Please, slow down! Route 9 is not a race track,” the police emphasized. The situation could have become much worse if another car at high speed had entered the blocked section.
