Heavy snowfalls worry not only Ukraine. In Canada, for example, their consequences are much more serious. Thus, about 40-50 cars collided near Montreal. 
The large-scale accident occurred on the highway due to a heavy blizzard and ice. Several people were seriously injured and hospitalized, although most drivers and passengers are safe and sound.
Due to the accident, the highway was blocked for several hours until the damaged cars were evacuated. Many Canadians abandoned their cars and went to warm up at the nearest gas stations.
