The unique model was created in collaboration with the Parisian fashion brand L’Art De L’Automobile, watch manufacturer TAG Heuer, seat manufacturer Recaro, and Bose company.
The result of the work is the 968 L’ART roadster, made in the spirit of neo-retro-futurism. That is, the one-of-a-kind car can be considered the 968 of the 21st century. What does it have in common with ZAZ 968? Well, not much actually, except for the name, but it was a way to catch your attention…
And if we’re not joking, Zaporozhets and Porsche actually have a lot in common:
- Rear-engine layout
- Production start of the 911 and the Hunchback Zaporozhets (early 60s)
- Similar suspension design
- Air-cooled engine
