by It seems that the Cabinet decided to tackle damaged cars from the USA. The Ministry of Internal Affairs has already prepared a draft resolution limiting the registration of damaged vehicles. 
According to Auto.ria, cars subject to disposal after an accident are prohibited. That is, if it is indicated that the car is “totaled” and there is a disposal card, then it cannot be registered – it can only be imported for parts. However, of course, there are still ways to circumvent the restriction.
Some used cars from the USA in Ukraine are imported through Georgia. Accordingly, they can be restored there and registered, and they will come to us not as vehicles subject to disposal.
