by The electric sportbike Lightning Strike has been presented. The motorcycle will go on sale from July and will be cheaper than its counterparts. 
Lightning Strike will be offered in several versions. The basic sportbike is equipped with a 90 hp motor and a torque of 244 Nm. A 10 kWh battery provides a range of up to 169 km.
The electric bike can be purchased for $12,998, and for $16,998 a 15 kWh battery is offered (range – 240 km). 
The top variant for $19,998 is equipped with a 120 hp electric motor and a 20 kWh battery. As an option, a Performance package is offered, including Öhlins suspension and Brembo brakes. 
At first glance, the new Lightning Strike doesn’t differ much from gasoline sportbikes, and the absence of exhaust pipes is the only giveaway. Developers claim carefully refined aerodynamics.
