The German tuning studio Mansory has unveiled another avant-garde project based on the Mercedes-Benz G-Class. The Mansory Gronos Coupe Evo C SUV will be released in a limited edition of 8 units. This is reported by Focus.

At Mansory, they constantly perform tuning on the G-Wagon, but this time the modifications were more significant than usual. The project took a year and a half to complete.
The new Mercedes G-Class lost the rear doors, and the front ones now open against the direction of movement. The result is an off-road coupe. It is worth noting that the two-door G-Wagon has not been produced in series since 2013.

In addition, the SUV received traditional carbon body kits, a radiator grille, a hood with an air intake, and a roof spoiler. The first unit of the car also differs with a unique Fludium Paint Chrome Atmosphere color and 24-inch FD.15 wheels.

The interior of the Mercedes G-Class has become four-seater — there are now two separate seats with electric drive in the back. The trim of this car uses expensive perforated leather, carbon, and even gilding, although the interior finish can be different as per the customers’ wishes.

The power of the 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 was increased from 585 to 900 hp, and the torque increased to 1200 Nm. Mansory Gronos Coupe Evo C needs less than 4 seconds to accelerate to 100 km/h.
