The Stellantis Presidential Car – A Moving Symbol of France

French President Emmanuel Macron has received a new official car – a special version of the DS N°8. This unique model was presented for the 80th anniversary of Victory in Europe Day.

Externally, the car is finished in a sapphire-blue color with black accents. The DS Luminascreeen radiator grille is illuminated in the colors of the French flag – blue, white, and red. Flag holders are installed on the front bumper, and there is also a folding soft top.

The blue palette continues in the interior, where Alcantara and Nappa leather in Dream Blue color are used. The door panels are adorned with pleated inserts, pearl embroidery, and the sound system is represented by the Focal brand.

The most impressive is the interior trim with inlays of painted rye straw, executed in the form of an elegant fan. This design differs from the traditional wood inlays found in premium cars.

Although the interior details are not fully revealed, a digital instrument panel and a 16-inch multimedia system are visible. Special buttons are located under the floating console, presumably for emergency signaling.

Technical specifications remain largely unknown, but the stated range of up to 750 km suggests the model is based on the long-wheelbase version with a 97.2 kWh battery and a 242 hp engine. However, the armor may affect the actual performance.
