Live Stream with BMW M3 and Charger by a Popular Twitch Streamer Ended as Expected

Popular Streamer Captured the Moment of His BMW M3 Crash

A well-known Twitch streamer published footage showing how his friend caused a serious accident by colliding with his BMW M3 G80 model car. This incident could have had fatal consequences; however, fortunately, all participants survived and sustained only minor injuries.

Circumstances of the Event

According to reports, streamers MeltIsLIVE and Jay Shaun organized a race with their cars in Atlanta, Georgia. One of them was driving a tinted Dodge Charger, and the other — a bright green BMW M3. The incident occurred near the exits onto Spring Street and Pine Street.

A camera installed inside one of the cars recorded how the Dodge Charger abruptly changed several lanes and then struck the rear of the BMW. Subsequent footage from inside the BMW M3 shows the moment of impact and the frightened faces of the driver and his three passengers.

It is particularly noteworthy that the woman in the front passenger seat, judging by everything, was not wearing a seatbelt. Immediately before the collision, she could be seen literally “sinking” into the seat and covering her face with her hands.

Consequences of the Accident and Reaction

HyyJoe confirms that his friends Jay Shaun and Melt are okay and shows the aftermath of the accident that occurred during the stream when Jay hit Melt’s car with his own.

Despite serious damage to both vehicles, which are likely to be declared total losses, all participants managed to avoid serious injuries. Other published footage shows the cars stopped on different sides of the road, with their damaged bodies indicating the great force of the impact.

History of Incidents and Sanctions

For streamer MeltIsLIVE, this is not the first dangerous incident caught on camera. According to reports, in April 2024, he was also involved in an accident during a live stream on Twitch. For his activities, he has already received temporary bans on the platform — a total of seven times. Jay Shaun was streaming on the Kick platform at the time of the latest accident.

This time, Twitch seems to have taken decisive action by completely banning the MeltIsLIVE account for “violation of community guidelines or terms of service.” A corresponding message appeared on his page.

Such cases once again raise questions about the responsibility of content creators who demonstrate dangerous behavior publicly. Although in this case there were no casualties, the situation could have unfolded very differently, especially considering that one of the passengers did not use a seatbelt. This also illustrates how platforms are beginning to respond to such events not only with temporary but also with permanent sanctions, recognizing the potential influence of such content on the audience.
