by Based on the results of 2018, the PSA group in Ukraine significantly increased sales and occupied 5.85% of the market. The plan for the current year is to increase this figure to 7.8% (that’s almost 7400 sold cars), and a number of new models will contribute to this. 
Firstly, a new premium brand DS is entering the Ukrainian market. The Citroen DS line of cars is well known in Ukraine, but now it is a separate brand of PSA Group. The first representative is the DS 7 Crossback crossover, and by the end of the year, its younger sibling DS3 Crossback will appear.
The new DS 7 Crossback has already been shown in Ukraine. The crossover stands out with its elegant design featuring LED optics and luxurious interior finishing. The model will be offered with a 2.0-liter 180-horsepower turbo diesel, consuming 4.9 L/100 km. Three trim options are expected. By the way, the DS 7 Crossback is the official car of French President Emmanuel Macron.
The main novelty of Citroen in 2019 will be the C5 Aircross crossover with an avant-garde appearance. The car will be equipped with a 1.6-liter 165-horsepower turbo petrol engine, as well as turbo diesels of 1.5 L (130 hp) and 2.0 L (180 hp). Prices start from 757,000 hryvnias, and you can buy the novelties in the Citroen salon. 
The new Citroen Berlingo with a more expressive design and significantly improved interior materials was also shown. It will be offered with turbo diesels of 1.6 L (92 hp) and 1.5 L (130 hp).
Among the innovations of the model are an 8-speed automatic transmission, parking assistant, and new safety systems. The Citroen minivan is priced from 493,600 hryvnias and will go on sale in April. 
The Berlingo counterpart, Peugeot Rifter, will appear in Ukraine from May with a price starting at 508,900 hryvnias. Additionally, the new second-generation Peugeot 508 is scheduled to be brought to Ukraine in April. 
An important component of PSA Group’s strategy in Ukraine will be the Opel brand, which recently became part of the French group.
A fivefold increase in sales is planned, and high hopes are pinned on the new Opel Crossland X and Grandland X.
