According to journalist Konstantin Andriyuk, the culprit of the accident was the 25-year-old midfielder of the local football club “Metalist-1925” Dmytro Kravchenko. 
The breathalyzer showed a result of 1.85 permille, meaning the footballer’s blood alcohol content exceeded the norm by 9 times. Fortunately, there were no injuries.
