Retromodified Mini by Callum Costs Over $100,000

Modern Interpretation of the Classic Mini by Callum and Wood and Pickett

The company Callum, in collaboration with Wood and Pickett, has introduced an updated version of the iconic Mini. The car received modern refinements, a redesigned interior, and improved technical components. The first unit was created specifically for David Gandy, a famous British model.

Technical Updates

Under the hood, an upgraded 1.3-liter turbocharged engine is installed, producing 110 hp – almost twice as much as the original. The car also received an updated suspension, braking system, and a new exhaust system.

Each Wood and Pickett Mini by Callum unit will be hand-built in limited numbers, with a starting price of £75,000.

David Gandy, who ordered the first unit, is known not only in the world of fashion but also as an avid automotive enthusiast. His collection includes a number of classic models, such as the Mercedes 190 SL and Jaguar XK120.

This project demonstrates how classic design can be combined with modern technology. The Mini has always been a symbol of compactness and excitement, and this version adds elements of luxury and personalization to it. The limited series makes it even more exclusive for collectors.
