A curious incident occurred in the Romanian city of Mamaia (a popular resort in the country). Right in the middle of a busy road, a Rolls-Royce Wraith stalled. The reason was that the car suddenly ran out of fuel.

How this happened is hard to say. Perhaps the fuel gauge in the Rolls-Royce malfunctioned, or the owner forgot to refuel. Although it is also possible that he simply didn’t have the money for gasoline. In any case, the sudden stop caused a traffic jam on the road and drew the attention of not only passing motorists but also local TV channels.
The solution to the situation was refueling the car manually — the footage shows two men pouring fuel into the empty tank of the Rolls from a regular canister (a rather rare sight when it comes to a car worth almost 300,000 euros).

By the way, the Rolls-Royce Wraith is quite a guzzler. Weighing 2.4 tons, its 6.6-liter V12 consumes an average of 21.2 liters of fuel per 100 km of travel.
