Luxury Penthouse for $37.5 Million by Bentley Allows Keeping a Car Next to the Living Room on the 61st Floor

Bentley Presents a Luxury Penthouse in Miami

Living in a car-inspired penthouse might seem like a whim, but Bentley’s new project proves that the combination of luxury and automotive style can be successful. The world’s first Bentley Residences tower presents the flagship penthouse, created by Bentley Home. It combines panoramic views of the ocean and city with design elements inspired by the brand’s cars.

If you’ve ever wondered what a $37.5 million home that is also a sanctuary for luxury cars looks like, here is your answer.

Luxury on the 61st Floor

Bentley Residences offers four main apartment layouts, named after the brand’s models: Bacalar, Arnage, and Azure. However, the new penthouse takes luxury to a new level. The two-story space with 22-foot ceilings includes:

  • 4 bedrooms
  • 7 bathrooms
  • a study
  • an entertainment loft
  • indoor and outdoor pools
  • a terrace and an outdoor kitchen

The garage on the 61st floor, accessible by a car elevator, deserves special mention. The owner can drive into it from the street and ascend directly to their dwelling without leaving the car.

“High double ceilings and spacious design complement the Bentley Home interior concept. Natural stone, oak floors, and walls combine with crystal panels, creating a sense of lightness. The design conveys the timeless elegance of Art Deco, inspired by Miami’s architectural heritage.”

Bentley Home also offers additional interior items and design solutions for the future owner, but they will cost extra on top of the already high price. The building is planned to have only two penthouses, but so far, only one is listed for sale.

The Bentley Residences project shows how premium brands are expanding their boundaries beyond cars, offering clients an exclusive lifestyle. Such initiatives are becoming increasingly popular among luxury car manufacturers seeking to cement their status not only on the road but also in architecture.
