by The first photos of the BMW M2 CS have been presented. The top extreme BMW duo will be released in a limited series of 2200 cars. 
The new BMW M2 CS is equipped with an improved 450-horsepower version of the three-liter turbo six-cylinder engine. This is 40 more horsepower than the charged BMW M2 Competition, although the torque remains the same — 550 Nm. 
It is expected that with a 7-speed robot, acceleration to 100 km/h will take just 4 seconds, and the maximum speed will be 280 km/h.
A 6-speed manual will also be offered. 
It is also known that the BMW M2 coupe will receive a sports exhaust and adaptive dampers. Carbon hood, roof, and rear spoiler will slightly reduce the weight of the car. 
The interior of the BMW M2 CS is trimmed with leather and Alcantara. Equipment includes sports bucket seats.
