by The organization EuroNCAP summed up the results of 2019. Its experts named the safest cars in different categories. 
In 2019, EuroNCAP tested 55 car models. The list of the best includes seven cars from different classes, with Tesla electric cars receiving the most awards. The most secure, however, was recognized as the Mercedes-Benz CLA, which scored very high marks (above 90%) in all crash tests.
The Safest Cars of 2019:
Supermini – Audi A1 and Renault Clio
Small family cars – Mercedes-Benz CLA
Large family cars – BMW 3 Series and Tesla Model 3
Hybrids and electric cars – Tesla Model 3
Compact crossovers – Subaru Forester
Large crossovers – Tesla Model X
