It would seem that not so long ago, the Bugatti Veyron costing over a million dollars seemed fabulously expensive. However, in just some 10-12 years, the prices of the most exclusive supercars have skyrocketed. Currently, some new cars are already priced over $10 million. We have selected the TOP-10 most expensive cars of modern times.  

10 W Motors Lykan Hypersport

The first Arab supercar impressed not only with its specifications (0-100 km/h in 2.8 seconds and a top speed of 390 km/h) but also with its price tag of $3.4 million.

 

9 McLaren P1 LM

Only five 1000-horsepower McLaren P1 LM were produced, and one of them even set the Nurburgring record. You could buy the McLaren for $3.7 million.  

8 Lamborghini Veneno Roadster

The most expensive Lamborghini supercar costs $4.5 million. Only 9 such cars with a 750-horsepower V12 were produced.  

7 Koenigsegg CCXR Trevita

All Koenigsegg hypercars are expensive, but the 1018-horsepower Trevita with a special diamond coating stands out at $4.8 million.

The huge Maybach coupe with a 700-horsepower V12 was created 15 years ago, but it was sold relatively recently for as much as $8 million.  

3 Rolls-Royce Sweptail

The exclusive Rolls-Royce coupe exists in only one copy.

Its owner, Sam Li from China, paid $12.8 million for this masterpiece.  

2 Pagani Zonda HP Barchetta

Pagani Zonda HP Barchetta is also unique and the most powerful version of the model. This 800-horsepower roadster costs $15 million.  

1 Bugatti La Voiture Noire

The most expensive car in the world so far is the 1500-horsepower Bugatti La Voiture Noire for $19 million. So far, only its prototype exists, and nothing is known about the owner.
