by It’s spring outside, which means the new motorcycle season is about to start. Naturally, leading manufacturers have prepared new and updated motorcycle models. We have selected the brightest newcomers of the 2019 motorcycle season.
Ducati Diavel 1260
The new Ducati Diavel 2019 has already received the prestigious Red Dot Award 2019: Best of the Best. The cruiser has slightly changed its appearance and got LED optics.
It also has a refined engine with an increased volume to 1260 cc. Its power is 159 hp, and the torque is 129 Nm.
Harley-Davidson LiveWire
The Harley-Davidson LiveWire is one of the most anticipated electric bikes. The first electric Harley accelerates to a hundred in 3 seconds and can travel 225 km without recharging. However, the price of the Harley-Davidson is not small – $29,799.
Yamaha Tenere 700
The Yamaha lineup once again includes a mid-class touring enduro. The Tenere 700 has a new steel frame and a 700cc engine from the Yamaha MT-07 with 68 hp. The front suspension travel is 200 mm, and the rear is 210 mm.
BMW S1000RR
The top-of-the-line BMW sport bike features a new plastic body kit and revised optics. The engine now acts as a load-bearing element.
It is complemented by a variable valve timing system, which increased power to 205 hp and made the engine more responsive at low and medium speeds. All BMW S1000RRs are equipped with ABS, a quick-shifter, and traction control.
KTM 790 Adventure
The KTM Duke 790 has acquired an off-road version. It is equipped with the same 95 hp engine and weighs 189 kg. In the standard version, the suspension travels are 200 mm, and in Adventure R – 240 mm.
Off-road mode ABS and traction control are standard.
MV Agusta Brutale 1000 Serie Oro
The naked MV Agusta Brutale has received a liter version with a 200 hp engine from the F4 RC sport bike. The top speed has reached 300 km/h. Aerodynamics have been improved to increase downforce.
Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R
The updated liter Ninja now develops 200 hp in the standard version.
The new valve mechanism is 20% lighter and more efficient. Furthermore, all ZX-10Rs now have a quick-shifter.
