In August, sales of new cars in Ukraine showed a decline. According to the data of the association “Ukravtoprom”, a total of 7 thousand cars were sold – this is 17% less than in July and 16% less than in August of the previous year.
Renault maintains leadership with 1334 cars sold. The second place is occupied by Toyota (1148 cars), and Volkswagen rose to third place (564). The top five also included Hyundai (341 cars) and Suzuki (311).

The most popular car in Ukraine for August is the Renault Duster (605 units). In total, Ukrainians bought 52.5 thousand new cars in 8 months, which is 4% less than a year earlier.
