by Surely you have at least briefly seen the news that Ukraine is one of the main consumers of second-hand goods (3rd place in the world). This is about clothing, but in the case of cars, the situation is similar – in November, the share of used foreign cars exceeded 60%! 
This refers to used cars from Europe and America, which were first registered in Ukraine in November. Of course, this can and should be linked to the nearing expiration of the preferential excise tax, but even taking this into account, the trend is such that more and more Ukrainians prefer to bring in a used car from abroad, as they say, only from Europe, without mileage in Ukraine, in perfect condition, etc. 
When it comes to specific figures and the most popular brands of used cars imported into Ukraine, the situation is as follows:

According to the “Ukrautoprom” association, on the primary market of used cars, just last month, 11 and a half thousand passenger cars were registered, which is +84% compared to last year’s figures for the same period.
Speaking of the first registration figures for used cars over the past eleven months, it’s almost 95 and a half thousand cars. That is +90% compared to January-November 2017! 
How is the market for new cars in Ukraine? It seems that soon it will be comparable to sales figures in some European cities (if we’re talking about quantity figures). But let’s not speculate, and instead just show the ranking of the most popular new cars.
