This LuAZ looks like it’s on steroids. The Ukrainian off-roader has been turned into an all-terrain vehicle for the most extreme conditions. 
The thorough tuning of the LuAZ-969 was completed in 2013 by Alexander Pobelyansky, reports Carakoom. He named his car Esaul. In fact, only the body remains from the LuAZ.
The off-roader now has an entirely new welded frame and huge wheels from an all-wheel-drive KamAZ. The clearance reached 500 mm. 
The engine was taken from a Chevrolet Niva, and the shock absorbers from an ordinary Niva and Gazelle. The wheel gearboxes were made from gears of a KamAZ and a TT-4 tracked tractor, and the steering gearbox was taken from a ZIL-130. 
The all-terrain vehicle is not very fast — it doesn’t exceed 60 km/h.
However, it has excellent off-road capabilities and in the mountains the car feels at home.
