A rare 1976 GMC Motorhome is being sold in the USA on eBay. At the time, it was the fastest motorhome in the world. 
GMC Motorhomes were produced from 1972 to 1978 and were equipped with powerful V8 engines with a capacity of 6.6-7.5 liters. This particular vehicle has a 7.4-liter Chevrolet V8 from a Corvette, developing 275-450 hp in various versions. 
Interestingly, this six-wheeled motorhome is front-wheel drive, as it is built on the platform of the Oldsmobile Toronado coupe.
All Motorhomes were equipped solely with automatic transmissions. 
This particular motorhome has been supplemented with a large spoiler. However, its interior is almost empty, although it originally featured luxurious sofas, a kitchen, and a bathroom. Perhaps that’s why the GMC is cheap: you can buy the motorhome for $8,700.
