In China, a new Mercedes G350 was captured. This will be the cheapest version of the G-Class, if, of course, you can say that about an SUV costing nearly $100,000.
At the same time, the car for $100,000 has a modest 2.0-liter turbo four. The fact is that in China, there are high taxes on large engines, and even Mercedes G-Class owners want to pay less.
The engine delivers 300 hp and 400 Nm, paired with a 9-speed automatic transmission.
The all-wheel-drive system remains unchanged.
There are no changes in design – except that the wheels on the Mercedes G350 are 17-inch. The interior features leather, aluminum, and a digital dashboard. Sales will start at the end of this year.
