At the tuning show SEMA, a modified Jaguar E-Type was unexpectedly brought in. The iconic model was worked on by the famous Chip Foose, turning the Jaguar convertible into a powerful hot rod. 
The design of the Jaguar hasn’t changed much. Indeed, why spoil a classic? Moreover, even Enzo Ferrari called the E-Type the most beautiful car in the world.
The only things that stand out are the huge wheels, the hood scoop, and the 1958 Corvette-style tail lights. 
The interior is reupholstered with new leather, with new instruments and a retro-style wooden steering wheel installed. Under the hood, instead of the 5.3-liter V12, there’s now a 6.2-liter V8 from a Corvette with 525 hp. 
So now the old-timer can quite easily compete with modern sports cars, and the sports exhaust system ensures the proper sound accompaniment. By the way, this is far from the first case of tuning a Jaguar E-Type – it was even turned into an electric car.
