The first official photos of the Toyota Yaris Cross have been presented. The smallest Toyota crossover was supposed to be presented at the Geneva Motor Show, but due to the coronavirus, its premiere took place virtually. The new Toyota Yaris Cross reaches 4180 mm in length, 1765 mm in width, and 1560 mm in height with a wheelbase of 2560 mm. The crossover looks more solid than the Yaris hatchback: it has a high hood, prominent wheel arches, and a pronounced plastic body kit.

Most of the interior details are borrowed from the Toyota Yaris, although the crossover has a different instrument panel with a virtual speedometer. Initially, the new Toyota Yaris Cross will be available only in one hybrid version. The 1.5-liter gasoline four-cylinder engine and electric motor jointly develop 116 hp.
