The BMW 5 Series E39 sedan is still respected – just look at the number of fives with Euro plates. And the BMW M5 E39 has already become a classic. However, the next generation E60 model is not as popular and Chris Bangle’s design turned out to be very controversial.
Nevertheless, in the German city of Stadtallendorf, they decided to turn a BMW M5 E39 into an E60 five. We do not quite understand why such tuning of a BMW is needed, especially since the car looks very strange.
The front and lights of the BMW M5 E60 do not really match the sides of the E39 sedan. It’s unclear why the owner spent as much as 25 thousand euros on the conversion.
Although the BMW M5 tuning was not limited to external changes. The power of the five-liter V8 was increased to 435 hp, Airride air suspension and a strut under the hood appeared.
They offer to buy the BMW M5 E39 with unusual tuning for 34,750 euros. For reference: the car’s mileage is 136,500 km.
