Six-Wheeled Chevrolet Pickup Turns Out to Be Cooler Than the G-Wagen

The Hennessey company is currently actively working on the new Venom F5 hypercar, but they’re also focusing on tuning. The Americans are getting ready to amaze the world with a new six-wheeled pickup. Previously, they released the three-axle pickup Ford F-150 Raptor, and now they’ve taken on its main competitor, the Chevrolet Silverado.

Meet the new Hennessey Goliath 6X6. The name is quite fitting, as the pickup’s length approaches 6 meters and its weight exceeds 3 tons.

The Chevrolet pickup not only gained a third axle, but it also got a completely new rear suspension, and the ground clearance increased to an impressive 420 mm. It is equipped with 37-inch off-road tires and additional lighting equipment.

Under the hood hides a 6.2-liter supercharged V8 from the Chevrolet Camaro ZL1, modified by Hennessey specialists. It delivers 705 hp and has a torque of 915 Nm.

The Chevrolet pickup accelerates to a hundred in just 4.5 seconds – much faster than the six-wheeled G-Wagen. For those who want even more, an 808 hp variant with enhanced Brembo brakes is available.

Only 24 Hennessey Goliath 6X6s will be released at a price of $375,000. Interestingly, the tuners offer a three-year warranty on the base variant.
