Corvette E-Ray Now Available in Europe
After almost two years of waiting, European car enthusiasts have finally gotten the opportunity to buy an officially certified Corvette E-Ray. This all-wheel-drive hybrid model offers a Stealth Mode, which allows for driving without engine noise. However, the cost of the car in Europe is significantly higher than in the USA.
Prices and Specifications
In the United Kingdom, the E-Ray costs £153,440 for the coupe and £159,230 for the convertible. For comparison, in the USA this model is priced at $108,795, which is much cheaper. Even considering different trim levels and taxes, the European version remains significantly more expensive.

The European version of the E-Ray also has slightly less power — 635 hp (644 PS) compared to 655 hp (664 PS) in the USA. However, both versions offer Stealth Mode, which allows for electric driving up to 5-7 km at speeds of up to 72 km/h.
Despite the high price, the E-Ray remains an interesting proposition for sports car enthusiasts. Its hybrid system and unique features make it one of the most technologically advanced Corvettes in history. However, the question of whether it justifies its cost for the European market remains open.
