In particular, there are traffic jams on the Ring Road, Academician Glushkov Avenue, Bandery Avenue, Brovarsky Avenue, Vozduhoflotsky Avenue, Kurbasa Avenue, Sobornosti Avenue. Darnitskoye Highway, Paton Bridge, and the Northern (Moscow) Bridge are also congested. Of course, there are severe traffic jams in the city center.
Movement is difficult on Victory Avenue, Taras Shevchenko Boulevard, Zhilyanska Street, Lev Tolstoy Street, Baseina Street, Velyka Vasylkivska Street, Bulvarno-Kudryavska Street. This is just the beginning, as the snowfall in Kyiv is expected to intensify during the day. The hydrometeorological center has warned that around 10-15 cm of snow will fall in the capital. Drivers have been asked to refrain from traveling by car if possible.
