A rare 1996 Ferrari F50 supercar will be offered at RM Sotheby’s auction with a pre-sale estimate of £5 to £6 million, equivalent to approximately $6.8-8.1 million or 284-340 million UAH. RM Sotheby’s reports this.

The car has a Ferrari Classiche certificate and retains its original chassis, engine, gearbox, and body. The supercar’s mileage is just under 26,200 km.

Throughout the entire production run of the Ferrari F50, only four cars left the factory in Nero DS black. Most supercars were produced in the traditional Rosso Corsa red, while 31 examples received Giallo Modena yellow, eight received Rosso Barchetta, and four received Argento Nürburgring.

The car offered at auction was originally painted Rosso Corsa. In 2016, the body was repainted black at the Carrozzeria Zanasi workshop, which also paints new Ferrari cars under the Tailor Made program.

Chassis No. 106715 is the 244th Ferrari F50 built by the company. Despite its 1996 production year, the car was delivered to its first owner in Japan only in January 1998 through the dealer Cornes Motors in Tokyo.

Throughout its history, the car changed color several times. In the early 2000s, it was repainted white, after which the supercar received a number of modifications from the Japanese tuning shop Liberty Walk, including Enkei wheels and altered decorative elements. However, the carbon fiber body remained untouched, and all changes were reversible.

In 2015, the Ferrari F50 was taken to the United Kingdom, where it remains today. In September 2016, the car received Ferrari Classiche certification, confirming the originality of the main components and body.

The supercar has been regularly serviced at the official Maranello Egham service center. The last maintenance was performed in May 2026. Along with the car, the buyer will receive the original case, soft top, roll hoops, tool kit, and a set of factory documentation.
