by The first official renders of the Kia Optima 2020 have been unveiled. The new Kia sedan will debut in South Korea by the end of the year. 
The new Kia Optima has radically changed in appearance and looks much more expressive. It is now a fastback with a more sloped roof, a long sculpted hood, and a pointed trunk lid. 
The original curved daytime running lights catch the eye.
Another feature of the car is the frameless windows in the doors. Judging by the interior images, a digital dashboard will appear, and the touchscreen will be enlarged. 
As for the engines, most likely, the new Kia Optima will receive a 1.6-liter 180-horsepower turbo engine and a 2.5-liter 198-horsepower naturally aspirated “four”.
