The new anniversary SUV was released to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the model’s debut in the American market. Does this mean that purchasing the limited Land Cruiser Heritage Edition in Ukraine will be unrealistic?
Not necessarily; we think that ‘gray’ dealers will be able to import more than one of these exclusive SUVs. The anniversary run of the Land Cruiser 200 is limited to 1200 units and will be offered in two colors — Midnight Black Metallic and Blizzard Pearl.
The special version differs from the ‘regular’ Cruiser with a different radiator grille, modified lighting, and specially designed wheels.
Furthermore, the vehicle lacks chrome and running boards.
From a technical point of view, there are no special differences, except for the reinforced suspension and additional radiator protection. The Toyota Land Cruiser 200 Heritage Edition will be sold only with a 5.7-liter V8 gasoline engine producing 386 horsepower. Transmission – 8-speed automatic. Of course, there is the branded all-wheel drive.
In the interior, changes have affected the multimedia system (it has been upgraded and supplemented with a 9-inch screen). Available features include adaptive cruise control, wireless charging for gadgets, and seats upholstered in exclusive leather. By the way, there is a suggestion that this is approximately what the new 2020 model year Land Cruiser 200 will look like.
