BMW Tuners Are Already Working on Improving the Design of the New X3

AC Schnitzer Breathes New Life into the BMW X3

The fourth generation of the BMW X3 has not yet received a full-fledged M version, but this did not stop the tuning company AC Schnitzer from offering its vision of this premium crossover. Specialists have significantly updated the model’s appearance, adding both subtle and more expressive details.

The changes start at the front. AC Schnitzer did not touch the massive radiator grilles but added a new splitter and more pronounced side skirts. A small spoiler has appeared on the roof, adding dynamism without excessive aggressiveness.

Update Details

For the X3, 9 wheel options are offered with diameters from 19 to 22 inches. For a more expressive look, 10-millimeter wheel spacers are available. In addition, special springs that lower the ground clearance by 25 mm are available for some versions.

The interior has remained almost unchanged – only an aluminum footrest and a new key holder. Additional options for the interior and software updates for the engine are expected in the future.

The updates from AC Schnitzer are quite expensive. For example, the springs cost about 539 euros, and a full set of wheels and tires can cost around 5,590 euros. The front splitter is priced at 1,790 euros, the side skirts at 790 euros, and the spoiler at 519 euros. Although the price is high, such an update truly sets the X3 apart from other models.

Despite the lack of serious technical changes, the updated X3 has received enough details to attract the attention of brand fans. The variety of wheel options and the possibility of fine-tuning the appearance are particularly impressive. Given that these are only the first tuning options for the new model, more serious updates can be expected in the future.
