Tuners from ‘Pimp My Ride’ Created the Most Absurd Lamborghini Urus Tuning

Just when it seems like tuning can no longer surprise, West Coast Customs comes along and proves otherwise. The same legendary masters from the show Pimp My Ride took on the Lamborghini Urus—and the result was something between underground art, a hip-hop music video, and a post-apocalyptic movie.

For the filming of Young Thug’s music video for the track Money on Money, the Urus was literally stripped to the bone: all doors were removed, the roof and hood were cut out, a spoiler was fashioned from plain old… cabinet doors, a Mad Max-style winged body kit was installed, and the exhaust pipes were extended to such an extent that they now breathe fire like a medieval dragon.

Against the backdrop of these modifications, the question of whether the Urus is a “real Lamborghini” now seems like a petty formality. Because in Los Angeles, this model has long ceased to be a sports car—it’s a status symbol. There, the Urus is like a Rolex on wheels: if you don’t have one, you might as well not exist. And now it has a new incarnation—utterly pointless, but undeniably flashy.
