The fully updated Toyota Land Cruiser SUV continues to gain popularity among buyers, as evidenced by a sales increase of more than 50% last year. The automaker plans to support this success by introducing a series of updates for the 2027 model year, which will arrive at dealers this spring, along with a slight price adjustment.
New Pricing Policy
The base Land Cruiser 1958 trim for the 2027 model year will start at $57,880. This is $280 higher than the previous version, while the destination fee remains unchanged at $1,495.
However, while the entry price has increased, the top Land Cruiser trim, on the contrary, has become cheaper. Its cost has decreased by $950 — from $63,675 to $62,725. This decision helps to increase the price gap between this SUV and the similarly capable Lexus GX.
Exterior and Interior Updates
In addition to price changes, the Land Cruiser lineup has received a number of minor but pleasant updates. Among the exterior changes is the introduction of a new body color called Inked. Customers will also be able to order a new, high-mounted air intake, the design of which is likely inspired by the solution from the 4Runner Trailhunter.
The interior changes are also minor, but the Premium Package for the Land Cruiser trim now includes heated and ventilated second-row seats.

The Technical Part Remains Proven
