In the UK, the exclusive Pagani Zonda 760 LH from 2012 was damaged in a traffic accident. The unique supercar was specially built for Formula-1 star Lewis Hamilton. This was reported by Focus. The accident occurred in the Penmenbach tunnel in north Wales. The photos show that the Pagani Zonda supercar suffered serious damage. The front part of the car was the most affected, with the windshield shattered and the rear wheel torn off. The repair of the carbon-bodied Pagani Zonda supercar will not be cheap. Interestingly, this is not its first accident – in 2015, Lewis Hamilton was already involved in an accident with it in Monaco, although the damage was minimal. The Pagani Zonda 760 LH was built in 2012 by individual order of Lewis Hamilton, and this model version exists in one single copy. The car has a special purple color and exclusive interior trim. The Pagani Zonda 760 LH is equipped with a 7.3-liter 760-horsepower V12 engine and a 6-speed manual transmission. It accelerates to a hundred in 3 seconds and reaches 355 km/h. Even seven-time Formula-1 champion Sir Lewis Hamilton confessed that the Pagani supercar is difficult to control. In 2021, he sold the car for £8.5 million ($10.9 million). So far, this is the most expensive traffic accident of the year, but earlier, an even more expensive version of the Pagani Zonda was involved in an accident for $17 million.
