The J.D. Power agency has published its latest car quality rating. However, this time the experts compared not the cars themselves, but their multimedia systems. Which Cars Have the Best Multimedia Systems

The method J.D. Power uses to determine the best is unchanged: new car owners were surveyed after the first 90 days of ownership.

The winner is the model with the fewest complaints about its multimedia system. The best were selected in eight different classes. This year, Korean and German cars triumphed.

Cars with the Best Multimedia Systems:

Small Class – Hyundai Accent (6.9 complaints per 100 cars);

Compact Class – Kia Soul (9 complaints per 100 cars);

Midsize Class – Hyundai Santa Fe (9.1 complaints per 100 cars);

Fullsize Class – Nissan Titan (9.9 complaints per 100 cars);

Small Premium Class – Mercedes-Benz GLA (14.7 complaints per 100 cars);

Compact Premium Class – Genesis G70 (7.4 complaints per 100 cars);

Midsize Premium Class – Audi Q8 and Porsche 911 (10.2 complaints per 100 cars);

Fullsize Premium Class – BMW 7 Series (10.5 complaints per 100 cars).
