In Kyiv, Police Seized a Shahed from the Roof of a Lexus (Photo)

An unusual incident occurred in the capital. In the courtyard of a residential complex at night, Kyiv residents noticed a white Lexus RX with a full-size copy of the Iranian Shahed (Geran-2) kamikaze drone fixed on its roof. The photos quickly spread on social media, causing a wave of discussions and jokes, but also raising serious security concerns.

Law enforcement officers responded promptly and seized the device. The police reported that the drone was completely deactivated and did not contain an explosive part.

The driver was a 30-year-old Kyiv resident, the head of a public organization. He explained that he was transporting the Shahed to hand it over to a museum as an exhibit.

Law enforcement is currently investigating the circumstances of the transportation. After all, even a demilitarized UAV of this type can cause panic, create risks at checkpoints and in public places, and its transportation must occur exclusively in compliance with safety rules.

This case is a reminder: during war, even noble intentions require caution and legal logistics — especially when it comes to military objects, even museum ones.
