Pagani Residences in Miami: Exclusive Services for Car Enthusiasts
Last year, the Italian supercar manufacturer Pagani announced the launch of its own real estate project – a 30-story residential complex in Florida named Pagani Residences. The company has now revealed details of the exclusive benefits for future residents of this tower.
The main innovation will be the Auto Privata program, developed in partnership with one of the largest exotic car dealers in the USA, Prestige Imports. This concierge service will be available exclusively to the complex’s residents and is aimed at providing unconditional care for their automobile collections.
What does the Auto Privata service include?
Using the dedicated Pagani Residences app, residents will be able to access a range of services:
Subscription-based services will also be offered, such as storing cars in climate-controlled zones, professional detailing and restoration services, as well as closed-door, door-to-door vehicle transportation across the country.
Search for rare cars and administrative support
The Auto Privata service will also assist residents in searching for and purchasing rare automobiles that are not available on the open market. Anticipating that the tower’s residents will be busy businesspeople, they will be offered administrative support in handling paperwork: renewing license plates, registration, and resolving insurance matters.
Miami is one of the world’s most prominent stages for car culture. For true collectors, it’s not just about owning a car, but about how you live with it. This partnership brings our philosophy directly into the home. Whether it’s preparing a car for Sunday drives or searching for a unique specimen from another corner of the world, our goal is to make every moment with these cars carefree and unforgettable.
The cost of entry to the elite club
The Pagani Residences complex comprises 70 apartments, including two duplex penthouses, each with corner panoramic views. Like the cars bearing the Pagani emblem, living here does not come cheap: prices start at $3.7 million.
The Miami-based architectural firm Revuelta Architecture is responsible for the exterior design and finishing of the complex. The tower’s interiors will be curated by the automaker’s new division – Pagani Arte, which will use high-quality materials: carbon fiber, aluminum, titanium, as well as premium leather, textiles, wood, and marble.
This project clearly demonstrates the trend where luxury goods brands are moving far beyond their core products, creating holistic ecosystems for living. Pagani is offering not just apartments, but a closed club for auto-palace owners, where every aspect, from the wall design to the car service in the basement, is imbued with the brand’s philosophy. This solution transforms the residential complex into a physical extension of the Pagani world, where the owner’s status is confirmed daily. The success of such initiatives will depend on how flawlessly the promised level of service and exclusivity can be delivered, as this is precisely what clients are willing to pay millions for.
