Details about Putin’s railway special transport were clarified by the Center for Dossier jointly with CNN, Süddeutsche Zeitung, Westdeutscher Rundfunk and Norddeutscher Rundfunk. First of all, let’s say that the creation of the armored train cost 6.8 billion rubles (almost 3 billion UAH).

As German publications write, Putin’s train *uyla has a hammam, a gym, and even a sports and health promotion car and a beautician’s office. Yes, the cosmetologist’s office is equipped with medical equipment, including a lung ventilation machine, an aspirator for sanitizing the upper respiratory tract, and a defibrillator.

Also, while traveling, Putin can undergo skin rejuvenation procedures using a radiofrequency lifting device, a cosmetology unit, an ultrasonic therapy device, and more. In the gym, as noted by Dossier, there are no barbells, but there is a bench for abdominal exercises, a hyperextension trainer, tatami mats, and dumbbells weighing up to eight kilograms.

The publication notes that a bufferization system was developed by Moscow’s Scientific Research Institute of Radio Communications for the televisions on the train. It was necessary because during train tests, it was found that TVs lose signal when the wagon passes under bridges or near tall buildings – and all systems that were in place at that time supported bufferization of only one channel.

A total of 22 cars are operated in the special train, but not all of them are usually used simultaneously. Usually, about ten cars are attached for one trip.
