A rare example of a Mercedes-Benz S-Class W140 with minimal mileage has been put up for sale in Germany. The car has only driven about 2000 km and is preserved in almost factory condition. The car belongs to the S300 Turbodiesel modification with a 3.0-liter diesel engine producing 177 hp. This particular version was valued for its high reliability and moderate fuel consumption. In total, only 7,583 units of such diesel W140s were produced.
Due to the durable engine and robust construction, most diesel W140s have driven hundreds of thousands of kilometers over their years of service. Finding a similar car with a mileage of just a few thousand kilometers is considered a great rarity.
